MSK service
- getUBetter app – to support you to self-manage all common muscle or joint conditions.
- Working in partnership with the NHS, getUBetter is a free app designed to provide you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to self-manage all common muscle or joint conditions. It is designed to be used alongside the health system and therefore will signpost you back into the system if you need additional review.

- 24 hour service for medical emergencies
Urgent care centre
- can provide medical care when it is not a life threatening emergency, for injuries and illnesses
NHS 111
- 24 hour service to direct you to the best services for your symptoms (initially a telephone consultation)
GP Hub
- staffed by GPs and nurses for minor illness and injuries
CRISIS Team
- staffed by experienced mental health practitioners when you feel suicidal or are self harming
