Welcome to Belvedere Medical Centre




For patient safety and to reduce spread of COVID-19 NHS has advised to screen all face to face GP appointments until further notice.

For COVID-19 related inquiries please use NHS 111 on line or call NHS 111. 

If you require a sick note for self-isolation go to NHS 111 online to obtain isolation note.  The practice can not issue sick notes for any COVID-19 related sick leave

If you require a GP appointment or wish to consult a Clinician please see below:

For Urgent Appointments

Call NHS111.  If NHS 111 advises the surgery to see a patient then a Clinician will contact you.

For Routine Appointments

1) Complete an eConsultation (using the banner below)

2) If you do not have access to the internet or are unable to complete the eConsult, please call the Bexley eConsult line to book a call back and a member of the team will complete the eConsult over the telephone with you.

You can reach the Bexley eConsult team on 020 8269 3406.  Lines are open from 08:15 until 17:30  Monday to Friday.

Your self completed eConsultation or eConsult after phone call to Bexley eConsult line on 020 8269 3406 will be passed to a clinician who will either give advice via email or telephone or arrange an appointment.

Online Appointments: this service has currently been suspended

The above supersedes our usual appointment booking procedures.



Ordering  Repeat Medication:

Do Not Come to Surgery to order repeat medication .You can order this from your nominated pharmacist. For all Queries E-Consult ,Email,or Telephone us if you have no internet.





Please note if you submit an eConsult on a Bank Holiday it will not be read until we return to work after the Bank Holiday

Disabled Access

There are two reserved disabled car parking spaces near the front entrance. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance.

A disabled patients' WC is also available. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients please inform our staff.

Mobile Phones

Please turn off your mobile phone before entering the medical centre, as this disturbs staff and patients and may also interfere with medical equipment. Please let us know if you change your mobile number.

The practice is included in the area overseen by NHS South East London whose main reception is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
