Bexley Crisis Cafe
You can also visit Bexley Crisis Cafe which is a safe and supportive place for anyone struggling with their mental health. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in crisis, you don’t have to go through it alone. They have team of friendly, trained mental health workers are here to listen, support you, and guide you towards the help you need. The Crisis Café is open every evening from 6pm to 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. You can drop in whenever you need them—no appointment required. Bexley CAMHS
